Key Roles and Responsibilities:

We seek a driven leader who can take ownership of project execution, prioritize learning, and drive business growth.

  • Takes complete ownership of Project Execution (including Profit & Loss).
  • Works closely with the product team to optimize existing projects.
  • Handles general operations, including daily execution, driving volume, tracking progress, highlighting flags, and daily reporting.
  • Analyzes training needs and provides training to team members.
  • Collects feedback regularly and resolves any issues that arise.
  • Monitors team performance to achieve Key Result Areas (KRA's).
  • Mentors and motivates student workforce, demonstrating strong people engagement skills.
  • Runs pilots for new projects.
  • Suggests improvements in processes at every level in operations.
  • Sets goals, KPIs, and targets for team members.

Required Skills:

  1. 2 years of experience managing an operations team.
  2. Proven ability to drive tightly controlled operational metrics.
  3. Strong process orientation and business acumen.
  4. Good people management, team building, and program management skills.
  5. High-quality work in dynamic and unstructured environments.
  6. Higher than normal sense of ownership with a clear bias for action.
  7. Relevant educational qualification.
  8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Hindi).
