Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Analyst to join our AI for Delivery team. The successful candidate will support the design, configuration, and rollout of AI-enabled solutions in Copilot Studio and Power Platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and document requirements, processes, and outputs.
  • Support configuration of Copilot Studio agents and prompt editing.
  • Assist in testing, troubleshooting, and refining AI-enabled solutions.
  • Maintain solution documentation and knowledge bases.
  • Participate in workshops, demos, and adoption activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in business analysis, process documentation, or tech support.
  • Familiarity with CRM/ERP or enterprise software projects.
  • Basic knowledge of AI, automation, or low-code platforms.
  • Strong documentation and communication skills, with eagerness to learn.

Benefits:

This is a full-time contract role working 40 hours per week with IST overlapping with EST/UK timings. The contract duration is long term, and the work schedule is 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri). The role is 100% remote.
