About the Opportunity

We seek a skilled professional to lead high-end corporate office interior design projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with our team, ensuring seamless project execution and outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage daily site activities for interior design projects.
  • Develop and implement project timelines in alignment with design requirements.
  • Maintain quality standards and adherence to approved designs, drawings, and specifications.
  • Closely monitor contractor, vendor, and labor performance to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Coordinate with design teams, procurement, vendors, and clients for effective communication.
  • Track project costs and materials usage, reporting any cost deviations.
  • Conduct site meetings and provide regular project updates to management and clients.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements at the site.
  • Respond promptly to on-site challenges and provide solutions.
  • Deliver high-quality projects within agreed-upon timelines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Project Management.
  • 5–8 years of experience in managing corporate office interior projects.
  • Strong understanding of interior design processes, materials, and finishing standards.
  • Proven ability to manage vendors, contractors, and site teams effectively.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, MS Office, AutoCAD (preferred).
  • Flexibility to work full-time at the project site.
