Senior Lead Designer

The Senior Architect will be responsible for the coordination with clients and the HO team, taking instructions and comments from the client, and sharing them with the design team. The role also involves the preparation of architecture designs and drawings, planning and conducting modifications in working drawings, monitoring the design process from conception to construction administration to ensure consistency of the design idea, and coordinating with structural, survey, MEP etc consultants.
Additionally, the Senior Architect will attend field reviews, on-site meetings, and project meetings, and coordinate schedule reviews. They will also be responsible for the coordination of drawings as well as instructions or changes for site.
This is a senior-level position that requires experience in designing and coordinating multistoried IT/ITES office buildings including all services. Knowledge of the Bengali language is preferable, and good communication and presentation skills are essential.
