Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR leader to oversee our company’s human resources strategy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless talent acquisition, capability building, and engagement across multiple projects and corporate teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead people strategy aligned with project delivery and client expectations.
  • Drive talent acquisition, workforce forecasting, and succession planning.
  • Implement performance systems (KPIs, Balanced Scorecard, 360° feedback).
  • Enhance employee engagement and leadership development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance, HR operations, and policy frameworks across projects.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • MBA/PGDM in HR with 12–18 years of experience.
  • HR leadership experience in project-based industries (EPC, construction, consulting, IT, etc.).
  • Strong project HR operations, performance management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • High adaptability with excellent communication and conflict resolution.
