This critical role seeks a seasoned data expert to craft and refine cutting-edge data solutions. The successful candidate will develop high-performance ETL pipelines using Snowflake, Matillion, and Python, drive innovation in data modeling, and ensure seamless integration with banking systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement robust ETL pipelines for scalable data processing
  • Develop data models to support analytics and reporting, leveraging expertise in medallion architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold layers)
  • Write complex SQL queries for data manipulation and analysis, delivering actionable insights
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements for strategic initiatives
  • Integrate data from core banking systems and other financial platforms, ensuring data integrity
Requirements:
  • 10–15 years of experience in data engineering, with a strong focus on ETL development and data modeling
  • Hands-on expertise with Snowflake, Matillion, and Python, combined with knowledge of banking and credit union data domains
  • Expertise in designing and implementing medallion architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold) for data organization and management
  • Advanced skills in SQL for complex queries, performance tuning, and data manipulation
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with data analytics and business intelligence tools, driving business growth through data-driven decisions
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in banking and credit unions, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation
