**Senior Data Architect Role Summary**

Our organization seeks a highly skilled Senior Data Architect to drive the successful implementation of our enterprise data cloud architecture. This individual will serve as a technical lead and trusted advisor, collaborating with our customers to develop tailored solutions that meet their unique business needs.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in designing and implementing software solutions in an enterprise Linux environment, including a solid foundation in operating systems and networking fundamentals. They should also have strong expertise in Hadoop or related technologies, including deployment and administration.

In addition to technical skills, the successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences. A deep understanding of big data/analytical use cases and best practice approaches to implement solutions is essential.

We are looking for someone who can design frameworks for implementing data transformation and processing solutions on Hadoop or related technologies. The ability to travel up to 70% is required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evangelize, motivate, and enable our customers on their Enterprise Data Cloud journey
  • Participate in pre- and post-sales process, helping sales, professional services management, and product teams interpret customer use cases
  • Use deep domain, wide technical, and business knowledge to assist customers in defining their data strategy, use case success criteria, and frameworks to deliver successful implementations
