Senior Administrator

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced senior administrator to strengthen our academic and administrative ecosystem.
About the Role- Ensure statutory compliance with regulatory bodies including UGC, State Higher Education Department, AICTE, and others.
- Support the registrar in managing establishment, examinations, admissions, and academic records.
- Handle legal cases, policy documentation, and institutional governance in line with statutory requirements.
- Coordinate meetings and prepare official records for the Governing Body, Academic Council, Finance Committee, and Board of Studies.
- Oversight of service rules, appointments, leave records, promotions, and staff/student grievance redressal.
- Maintain databases and generate reports for internal and external audits, NAAC/NIRF/Statutory submissions.
- Supervise administrative staff and ensure smooth functioning of student/staff-related services.
- Master's degree with 55% marks or Ph.D. (Law degree preferred).
- 8–10 years' experience as Assistant Registrar/Deputy Registrar in a higher education institution.
- Strong written communication skills in English (English-medium background preferred).
The successful candidate will be expected to work collaboratively with various stakeholders and contribute to the overall growth and development of the institution.
