  • We are seeking an experienced Training Manager to join our team and lead the development of training programs.

About the Role:

">
  1. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and assessing future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers.
  2. They will draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations.
  3. Effective induction and orientation sessions will be conducted by the candidate.
  4. Training program's effectiveness, success and ROI will be monitored and evaluated periodically and reported on.
  5. The candidate will develop/enhance the current training methodologies/framework.
  6. Process related opportunities will be resolved by the candidate and tailored training programs will be designed as necessary.
  7. A keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices will be maintained by the candidate.
  8. Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc) is required.
  9. Training sessions will be scheduled, information cascade and other interventions will be organized for the team by the candidate.
  10. Existing training materials and manuals will be reviewed and updated accordingly by the candidate.
  11. Work will be done with managers to address learning issues, instruction problems, or new educational needs regarding specific employees or departments by the candidate.

Requirements:

  • Must have worked as Training Manager on papers for at least 1 year in BPO or tenured Deputy Manager Training in International BPO(Customer service).
  • Experience in International Voice Process is Mandatory.
