The role involves delivering program-wide insights to support executive conversations and decisions across multiple initiatives. This includes monitoring adoption and performance metrics, supporting team collaboration and planning activities, and assisting with program governance and curation of appropriate audience-based reporting.

Responsibilities include tracking execution of Integrated Program Management Office (PMO) activities, creating updates to metrics dashboards, logging and monitoring risks, dependencies, and issues, escalating as needed. Additionally, the role supports preparation and facilitation of integrated planning workshops and updates to the integrated plan, prepares reporting packages for leadership meetings, and builds and maintains strong working relationships with project managers.
