Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our retail and warehouse functions. The successful candidate will have experience in managing multiple stores and warehouse teams, with a strong focus on process improvement and team leadership.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management of retail and last mile delivery functions for various e-commerce brands or platforms.
  • Manage entire retail operation and warehouse operation, ensuring SOP adherence and effective coordination between teams.
  • Negotiate and handle day-to-day operations with third-party logistics operators.
  • Analyze store inward and outward movement, identifying root causes of issues and implementing solutions.
  • Inspect goods for damages and discrepancies, reporting any findings to relevant teams.
  • Closing of inventory movement happens between stores and warehouses.
  • Maintain accurate records of transporters' billing and invoices.
  • Prepare MIS reports and circulate them to relevant departments.
  • Lead a core team of warehouse operations retail staff, performing daily, weekly, and monthly reviews of current processes using operational metrics and reports.

Requirements:

  1. At least 80 stores warehouse day-to-day operations experience.
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  3. Strong people management and cross-functional team communication skills.
  4. Knowledge of ERP/WMS like Vinculum is an added advantage.
  5. Excellent customer service and people skills.
