As a seasoned IT professional, you will be responsible for leading the design, build, and configuration of applications with a strong focus on SAP Project System.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7.5 years of hands-on experience in SAP Project System, along with a solid understanding of project management methodologies and their application in SAP PS.

  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP Project System.
  • Lead, manage, and mentor a team, ensuring accountability for decisions and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to key organizational decisions.
  • Provide effective solutions to complex problems within the immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Facilitate training and skill development opportunities for team members.
  • Oversee and monitor project progress, making necessary adjustments to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
  • Ensure application design, configuration, and development meet organizational standards and business objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong expertise in SAP Project System with a minimum of 7.5 years of hands-on experience.
  • In-depth understanding of project management methodologies and their application in SAP PS.
  • Proven experience in application design, build, and configuration.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively.
  • Knowledge of integration processes and tools related to SAP PS.

Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Exposure to SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration projects.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and client-facing roles.
  • Familiarity with other SAP modules and cross-functional integrations.
