Job Title:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to fill the position of Senior SCM Business Analyst. This individual will play a crucial role in designing, configuring, and testing solutions within Oracle applications.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and organized professional to join our team as a Senior SCM Business Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for designing external interfaces, maintaining documentation, and integrating software.

  • Bidirectional Integration: Designing, developing, and implementing end-to-end integration between multiple systems.
  • Solution Development: Developing custom solutions that cater to the specific needs of our clients.
  • Training and Documentation: Creating comprehensive training materials and documentation to ensure seamless adoption of new solutions.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Expertise in Oracle EBS SCM Suite: Minimum 15 years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS SCM Suite in a global organization.
  • Implementation Expertise: Expert-level experience in end-to-end implementation of Oracle Modules (Order Management, Advance Pricing, Shipping Execution).
  • Data Analysis: Good knowledge of Oracle standard functionality, corresponding data tables, and experience with customizations, extensions, modifications, localizations, and integration components.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Strong collaboration skills to coordinate multiple internal teams to implement/enable project solutions.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to work independently as part of a distributed team and develop creative solutions to complex problems.
  • Technical Support: Experience in building project documentations and providing post-go-live production support.

Preferred Qualifications:

The following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Emerson Experience: Previous experience working with Emerson would be beneficial.
  • Master's Degree: A Master's degree or equivalent experience in computer science or related field would be advantageous.
  • Reporting Skills: Knowledge of Power BI for developing reporting capabilities would be an asset.
