Marketing Automation Specialist Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled marketing automation specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and managing AI Agents that automate marketing workflows.

You will work closely with clients to understand their business goals and objectives, and then use your expertise in HighLevel (GoHighLevel), Make/Zapier, and agentic AI to create customized solutions that drive results.

About the Role:

  • This is an exciting opportunity to work on live client projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and develop innovative marketing strategies.
  • You will co-pilot client meetings: rapid discovery, funnel mapping, and AI Agent flow design in real time.
  • Create compelling narratives and solutions in real-time that showcase our AI technology.
  • Think strategically and creatively under pressure while engaging directly with prospects.
  • Transform client challenges into innovative marketing opportunities during live discussions.
  • Adapt and pivot marketing strategies based on immediate client feedback.
  • Lead dynamic brainstorming sessions during client meetings.
  • Execute on strategies developed during these live sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client-facing & live solutioning
  • Build agentic systems & automations
  • Account management (own the relationship and outcomes)

Requirements:

  • Current Google Ads or Meta Certification (required).
  • Graduated from IIT.
  • 2+ years in B2B/SaaS or agency-side performance marketing or a portfolio that proves equivalent skill.
  • Hands-on experience with HighLevel (GoHighLevel): workflow creation, trigger setup, opportunity stages, calendar integration, 2-way SMS/email, reporting.
  • Expertise in Make/Zapier: multi-step automations with error handling and logging.
  • Basic knowledge of agentic AI: prompt design, tool/function calling, retrieval/RAG, and how agents move business metrics.
  • Confident live facilitator; strong storytelling and simple explanations.
  • US-friendly hours for live client sessions.
