Key Tax Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned tax professional to lead our tax strategy and reporting function. This senior role will provide direction and guidance to team members, ensuring compliance with local, federal, and international tax laws.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reviews and submits tax-related documents or filings, including federal, state, or local tax returns, declarations, or extensions.
  • Prepares tax planning reports and estimates the organization's tax obligations.
  • Partners with senior management to outline strategies for minimizing the organization's tax liabilities.
  • Stays abreast of tax code changes and ensures ongoing compliance.
  • Researches legal issues, concerns, solutions, and filing positions in compliance with local, federal, and international tax laws.
  • Ensures timely and accurate processing of liability payments, tax returns, notices, etc.
  • Establishes and maintains procedures to reduce payroll tax discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
