Job Description

The Payroll Tax Manager will spearhead the development and implementation of a comprehensive tax strategy for the organization. As a key member of the team, this individual will oversee all aspects of the organization's tax reporting function.

This position requires a leader who can provide direction, guidance, and training to Supervisors and their staff. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a keen understanding of tax regulations, and excellent communication abilities.

  • Reviews and submits tax-related documents or filings, which may include federal, state, or local tax returns, declarations, or extensions.
  • Prepares tax planning reports and estimates the organization's tax obligations.
  • Collaborates with senior management to outline strategies for minimizing the organization's tax liabilities.
  • Remains up-to-date on tax code changes and ensures ongoing compliance.
