Job Title: Product Implementation Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead the implementation of our products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software implementation, proven track records of delivering complex projects on time, and a passion for driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mentor and coach professionals to ensure they are effective in their work.
  • Manage large portfolios of key customer accounts, overseeing the entire implementation cycle from start to finish.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify business challenges and create project plans that meet client needs.
  • Develop strategies for each engagement, identifying critical success criteria and measurable milestones.
  • Collaborate with internal resources to deliver high-quality results and meet project timelines.
  • Participate in project planning activities, defining detailed tasks and activities.
  • Ensure 100% quality on each delivery using standard testing methods.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in the software industry.
  • PMP, ITIL certification is a plus.
  • Overall 12+ years of experience with 6+ years of strong consulting, customer delivery, and people management skills.
  • Excellent business acumen and experience dealing with challenging situations.
  • Experience working with C-level executives and HR/Payroll heads.
