About Our Role

This is a foundational position at the heart of Refold.ai. As part of our Tech team, you'll work closely with founders on building, scaling, and shipping core initiatives.

It's a unique blend of engineering, product development, and hustle — perfect for someone just starting out but eager for maximum learning and ownership.

We're looking for someone with past software development experience, who understands coding concepts, can work with APIs/JavaScript, and isn't afraid to dive into code and client interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own client relationships, understand their pain points, and help translate those into product features.
  • Support pipeline setup, integrations, and real-time system configurations.
  • Collaborate with founders and engineers to design and build core features.
  • Work hands-on with JavaScript, APIs, and back-end systems to bring ideas to life.
  • Contribute to experiments, tech spikes, and new initiatives from scratch.
  • Pitch in wherever needed from debugging flows to shaping early product specs.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience (internships/side projects count).
  • Past SDE / Developer internship experience or strong understanding of JavaScript and APIs.
  • Experience leading tech events, hackathons, or tech societies/clubs.
  • Comfort in client interactions — ability to own conversations and follow-through.
  • Energy, adaptability, and ability to work directly with founders in a high-velocity environment.
  • Curiosity for AI, data platforms, and integrations.
