Lead AI/ML Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Lead AI/ML Engineer to join our engineering team. This role involves designing and implementing algorithms and models that address real-world business challenges.

Required Skills:

  • Machine Learning Model Development:
    • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in Python.
    • Develop, and deploy machine learning models.
    • Collaborate with senior data scientists and developers to integrate machine learning algorithms into applications.
  • Data Pipelines:
    • Create and maintain data pipelines for efficient data processing and model training.
    • Write database queries using SQL to retrieve required data.
  • Model Evaluation:
    • Assist in debugging, testing, and improving applications.
    • Rigorous testing and validation procedures to assess model performance.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 12+ years of experience in AI/ML developing advanced solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, C++, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of statistical analysis and data preprocessing techniques.
  • Solid knowledge of deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
