Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to deliver high-quality technology-based projects and improve business and family comfort, protection, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess customer sites for installation requirements, design engineering, commissioning, and support project performance to achieve on-time delivery with zero or positive deviation and proactive technical issue prevention.
  • Suggest cost-effective solutions to improve project outcomes and provide support as necessary for trouble-free project engineering, commissioning, integrations, etc.
  • Assist during Technical Review and Reporting (TRR), eCAP, Proposal reviews, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), and remote system staging.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to complete pre-commissioning checks, commissioning, and integrations of Fire Alarm Systems (FAS), Access Control System (ACS), Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV), Building Management System (BMS), etc.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunication Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering.
  • 7-12 years of work experience in a project environment with extensive on-site knowledge of commissioning and integration activities.
  • Knowledge of FAS, CCTV, ACS, BMS, Smart Parking Management Systems, with their integration requirements for IBMS systems, BACnet, LON, Modbus, OPC.
  • Advanced Network and PC certification.
  • Advanced knowledge of networking, database technology, integration protocols, and current trends in the industry.
  • Previous experience working with highly complex technical solutions.
  • Proven track record in a project design and engineering capacity involved in the delivery of technology-based projects.
  • Previous exposure to a site-based construction environment.
Education and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunication Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering.
