At Mace our purpose is to redefine the boundaries of ambition We believe in creating places that are responsible bringing transformative impact to our people communities and societies across the globe To learn more about or purpose culture and priorities visit our Within our consult business we harness our unique combination of leading-edge practical expertise and project delivery consultancy to unlock the potential in every project The project This is a mixed-use development project in Gurgaon Our values shape the way we consult and define the people we want to join us on our journey they are Safety first - Going home safe and wellClient focus - Deliver on our promiseIntegrity - Always do the right thingCreate opportunity - for our people to excel Responsible for the package engineering of the MEP services delivery health and safety and subcontractor performance and wellbeing whilst liaising with the client main contractor and consultants Provides support in the management of multiple Sub-Contractors Sub-Sub-Contractors and Suppliers on small size projects and or assisting Project Engineers on larger projects Youll be responsible for Works within the project team under direction communicating and coordinating with colleagues Contributes in the analysis rectification and completion of the MEP design using engineering acumen and business s management processes Assists in the coordination and liaising of project Sub-contractors Sub-Subcontractors and Suppliers Accountable for programme HSW cost and quality deliverables of their package or system Supports in the coordination and management of the interfaces between packages Liaises and coordinate with key project stake holders such as the Client Design and Construction teams Assists in the identification of risk and the production and implementation of mitigation plans Supports in the incorporation of modern method of construction learning about digital technologies and prefabrication Contributes in the implementation of Mace s standards and project strategies Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work Youll need to have Bachelor s degree in mechanical Knowledge of MEP works including testing and commissioning Experience in leading MEPF services for a project of a similar nature Mace is an inclusive employer and welcomes interest from a diverse range of candidates Even if you feel you do not fulfil all of the criteria please apply as you may still be the best candidate for this role or another role within our organization LI-OnsiteQualifications
