Overview

">Head of Administration:
The Head of Administration plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless daily operations across all schools. This involves overseeing administrative duties, including infrastructure management, planning, forecasting, and budgeting to align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:">
  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks related to school operations.
  • Coordinate the requisition of curriculum support and inventory for primary, middle, and senior schools.
  • Ensure timely updates on student and staff data, circulars, school events, tests, examinations, trips, etc.
  • Evaluate quality standards for services impacting teaching and learning, safety, transport, catering, security, uniforms, and other domains.
  • Maintain a collaborative school-parent relationship by enhancing school image through effective interaction and positive issue-resolving attitude.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Resolving day-to-day issues with external vendors and agencies within stipulated timeframes.
  • Presenting regular MIS reports to the Principal.
  • Planning functional-MBWA (Management by Walking Around) with the Vice-Principal and Principal.
  • Brought urgent and important issues to the Principal's notice immediately.

Requirements:

  • A business degree or MBA in Finance/Marketing/Operations.
  • 5-8 years' experience, with at least 2 years in the education industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving, relationship building, decision-making, self-driven, emotional intelligence, assertiveness, analytical thinking, and ability to work under pressure.
