Sales Opportunity

As a seasoned Business Development Manager, you will lead our business development team, drive client onboarding, and strategize outreach efforts to capture new opportunities in the US healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a tailored business development strategy for the medical billing industry.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor the outreach team, providing guidance on calls, client engagement, and follow-ups.
  • KPI Development: Establish clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the business development team and ensure their achievement.
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and onboard new clients in the US healthcare sector, focusing on medical billing services.
  • Process Optimization: Streamline outreach and client onboarding processes to enhance efficiency and conversion rates.
  • Market Research: Analyze industry trends, competitors, and target audience to refine outreach and service strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with operations and delivery teams to ensure a seamless transition from onboarding to service implementation.
  • Reporting: Monitor and report team performance, client acquisition metrics, and revenue growth to senior management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or management within the US healthcare or medical billing sector.
  • Strong understanding of medical billing processes and US healthcare provider dynamics.
  • Ability to create and implement strategies to drive client acquisition and team success.
  • Experience in setting and achieving KPIs for outreach or sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and reporting tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field (preferred).
