Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, needs, and preferences.
  • Develop innovative design concepts and bring them to life through sketches, drawings, and 3D visualizations.
  • Create comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Lead projects from conception to completion, managing budgets, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in residential interior design projects.
  • Demonstrated expertise in modular interior design, with a strong portfolio of previous works.
  • Registered Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively and efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Academic: Diploma in Interior Designing (2/3 years), B.Arch.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Google Sketch-up, and Microsoft Office.
