Job Title: Senior Interior Designer

The role of a Senior Interior Designer is pivotal in bringing spaces to life through thoughtful and meticulous planning, design, and execution.

  • A seasoned Senior Interior Designer will lead interior design projects from concept to completion, overseeing every aspect to ensure seamless delivery.
  • This professional must create detailed space planning layouts and construction drawings that accurately reflect the client’s vision and requirements.
  • By developing hyper-realistic 3D views and presentations for client approvals, this expert designer ensures that their designs resonate with clients on an intuitive level.
  • Effective FF&E (furniture, fixtures & equipment) selection and management are critical skills required by this position.
  • Close collaboration with architects, consultants, and contractors is necessary to maintain cohesion throughout the project lifecycle.
  • The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in aligning design solutions with client needs while adhering to budget constraints.
  • Sustainable design practices must be incorporated wherever feasible.
  • Upon project completion, site execution supervision will be crucial in maintaining design intent and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 3-10 years of professional experience in interior design.
  • Proven expertise in space planning and construction drawings is essential.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona, Photoshop, or similar design software.
  • Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and detailing is vital.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and team collaboration skills are prerequisites.
  • Experience in sustainable design practices is preferred.
