Founding Team Associate

We are seeking a highly driven and curious individual to work directly with our founders. This role is perfect for someone who's comfortable with data collection, analysis, power point and Excel — and has the mindset to build processes, solve problems, and turn ideas into reality.

The successful candidate will assist our founders with daily tasks including research, preparing reports, coordinating meetings, and supporting various projects. They will also help in executing marketing strategies, managing events, and creating content as needed. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Bengaluru with some work-from-home flexibility.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong Research and Analytical skills
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Organizational and Project Management skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous internship or experience in a similar role is a plus
