UX/UI Designer Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced UX/UI designer to join our team. This exciting role requires a creative thinker who can drive user experience and interface design for our core Fintech product, while also taking full ownership of our public-facing websites.

The ideal candidate is proficient in both UX/UI design and Webflow development, capable of creating intuitive and user-centric product designs in Figma, and building complex and interactive websites in Webflow.

Responsibilities
  • Own and manage the end-to-end design process for new product features, from initial concept and user research to high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes.
  • Translate complex financial concepts and data into simple and accessible user interfaces.
  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions and create data-driven user personas and journey maps.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system in Figma to ensure consistency and scalability across the product.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into beautiful and functional user interfaces.
Requirements
  • 2-3+ years of professional experience developing and managing complex websites in Webflow.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing Webflow projects that demonstrate expertise in building complex component structures, dynamic content, and sophisticated interactions.
  • 2+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design for digital products (web or mobile applications).
  • Expert-level proficiency with Figma, including components, auto-layout, prototyping, and design systems.
  • A deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
  • Solid understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and rationale.
