Required Skills and Qualifications:- Conceptualize, design, and produce motion graphics, 2D animations, and visual assets for various mediums including videos, presentations, e-learning modules, and digital platforms.
- Collaborate with the creative, design, and content teams to understand project requirements and deliver visually impactful animations that meet goals and timelines.
- Develop storyboards, style frames, and animatics to present concepts before execution.
- Enhance video projects with motion graphics, character animations, text animations, and visual effects.
- Stay updated with the latest animation trends and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Animate, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro.
- Knowledge of Toon Boom Harmony, Moho, or Blender is a plus.
- Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, and storytelling.
- Good eye for design, typography, color theory, and composition.
- Excellent communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
