Visual Creative Specialist

As a Visual Creative Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in crafting compelling visual content that elevates our brand's identity. Your expertise in graphic design and video editing will be instrumental in creating engaging social media creatives, ad banners, brochures, presentations, and brand collaterals.

You will work closely with the marketing team to develop creative briefs into captivating content, ensuring seamless brand consistency across all graphic and video materials. Your passion for staying updated on the latest design and video trends will ensure our content remains fresh and engaging.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Develop Visual Content: Create high-quality graphics, videos, and motion graphics that meet the highest standards of creativity and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Team: Work closely with the marketing team to understand their needs and translate them into impactful visual content.
  • Ensure Brand Consistency: Maintain a consistent visual identity across all graphic and video materials, upholding the highest standards of quality and professionalism.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel as a Visual Creative Specialist, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in design and video editing (agency or event/branding industry experience preferred).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing both graphic design and video editing work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects)
  • Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • Basic knowledge of sound editing, motion graphics, and visual storytelling.
