Senior Fashion Stylist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Fashion Stylist to lead our team in creating high-quality imaging assets. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Summary:

The Senior Fashion Stylist will be responsible for overseeing all functions within the studio, including operational and creative teams. This role requires strong organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of stylists and assistants to deliver high-quality results
  • Develop and implement new ideas and concepts to improve our image creation process
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects
  • Maintain a safe and healthy working environment
  • Conduct regular training and development sessions to enhance team performance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in fashion merchandising or related field required
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in fashion styling and management
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of commercial studio workflow and visual composition
