Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will lead NPI strategy and roadmaps in building automation, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and develop new offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute India-focused NPI strategies for building automation products.
  2. Collaborate with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to drive product innovation and growth.
  3. Engage with customers to gather insights and validate product concepts, ensuring alignment with market needs.
  4. Own portfolio delivery across the offering lifecycle from ideation to commercialization, driving business results.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 10 years of experience in NPI, strategy consulting, or early-stage product roles.
  2. Bachelor's in engineering and MBA with a techno-commercial mindset, preferably with expertise in automation/controls and Indian market dynamics.
  3. Strong knowledge of market sizing, customer engagement, and cross-functional leadership skills.
