Senior Building Designer

We are seeking a skilled Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initial conceptualization to on-site execution.
This is a full-time on-site role located in Delhi. As an Architect, you will be working closely with construction professionals and project teams to deliver projects independently.
Key Responsibilities- Construct clear diagrams using AutoCAD for effective project communication.
- Follow up on projects, ensuring timely execution with a keen eye for detail.
- Conduct frequent quality assurance checks to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Liaise with government departments and utilize strong contacts for project facilitation.
- Prepare technical drawings and presentations for client interactions.
- Implement design concepts aligned with client requirements.
- B. Arch/M. Arch with a minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience.
- Good liaising experience with strong contacts in government departments.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Newforma, etc.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of building codes and regulatory standards.
- Creative mindset with strong visualization skills.
