Strategic Launch Manager

We seek a seasoned professional to spearhead the launch of innovative SaaS products.

The successful candidate will develop and execute a robust go-to-market strategy, driving data-informed execution across product, marketing, sales, and customer success teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth research to understand customer needs, pain points, and competitive landscapes.
  • Product Positioning & Messaging: Define positioning, value propositions, and messaging frameworks resonating with ideal customer profiles.
  • Strategy Development: Develop a comprehensive GTM roadmap detailing timelines, launches, stakeholders, and KPIs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams to coordinate launch plans and streamline execution.
  • Launch Planning & Execution: Plan and execute campaigns, drive sales enablement, and oversee channel strategies.
  • Performance Analysis & Optimization: Define KPIs, monitor performance, analyze results, and iterate to maximize GTM effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in GTM, product marketing, or related strategic roles, ideally in SaaS.
  • Strong strategic thinking with data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Excellent project management capabilities, timely, detail-oriented, and decisive.
  • Outstanding communication skills, capable of rallying teams and articulating vision.
  • Deep understanding of GTM frameworks: positioning, messaging, ICPs, distribution channels, and launch tactics.
