Sales Manager Role at Miduty

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and fostering strong customer relationships within the nutraceutical industry.

This leadership position entails overseeing and motivating a team of inside sales representatives to achieve sales targets, expand market share, and uphold Miduty's reputation for quality and innovation.

The location of this role is Gurgaon, and it is classified as a work-from-office job with a six-day working schedule and two Saturdays off.

Responsibilities:
  • Goal Setting and Performance Evaluation: Establish clear performance goals and conduct regular evaluations to ensure your team meets expectations.
  • Monthly Sales Targets: Reach monthly sales goals determined by the company's objectives.
  • Script Optimization: Continuously improve calling scripts to enhance sales productivity.
  • Call Allocations: Optimize call allocations, including data calling and past customer interactions, to maximize efficiency.
  • CRM Efficiency: Maintain the effectiveness of call software and Sales CRM systems.
  • Sales Journey Creation: Develop Sales CRM journeys that streamline sales processes.
  • Collaboration with Marketing: Work closely with marketing to create promotional materials and campaigns that align with product offerings.
  • Quota Achievement: Meet quarterly quotas to reach annual sales goals.
  • Customer Interaction Management: Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track customer interactions, and forecast sales trends.
  • Targeted Sales Strategies: Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to maximize market penetration and revenue growth.

This role requires three or more years of experience in consultative and solution-based sales. Proficiency in Sales CRM software (Zoho/Leadsquared/Ameyo) and good Excel skills are also necessary.

Estimated Salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum based on location and qualifications.
