The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Digital Campaigns: Developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., social media, email, software evaluation platforms) to drive qualified traffic to the website.
  • Content Creation & Design Coordination: Creating and managing engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, and other digital platforms while ensuring visually appealing and consistent content through coordination with design teams.
  • SEO & SEM Strategy & Implementation: Implementing on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and managing paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.) to drive qualified traffic to the website.
  • Social Media Management: Managing company profiles on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and developing strategies for increasing followers, engagement, and conversion through social media.
  • Email Marketing: Planning and executing email marketing campaigns while segmenting mailing lists and optimizing email campaigns for engagement and conversions.
  • Lead Management & Collaboration: Monitoring lead capture in the CRM and preparing and coordinating with sales management for effective handling of leads while working closely with sales, design, and content teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other tracking tools to assess performance and ROI while preparing regular reports on campaign effectiveness and making recommendations for improvement.

This role requires:

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media platforms, email marketing software, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and web analytics.
  • Knowledge of content marketing and social media strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creativity and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
