Job Title: Service Sales Specialist (Loads)

Our team is seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join us as a Service Sales Specialist (Loads). This role focuses on simulating the site-specific benefit of our upgrade portfolio and verifying the structural integrity of installed wind turbines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Re-assess existing/planned wind farms to confirm compatibility of upgrades and turbine specific structural integrity
  • Assess site-specific wind conditions, apply mechanical load mitigation strategies, and initiate upgrade implementation
  • Support upgrades sales by creating benefit calculations and driving validation campaigns
  • Collaborate with global service regions and after-sales colleagues to convince customers and enable successful product sales
  • Measureably impact global Service business unit performance
  • Build a large network within the company and industry to stay up-to-date on new technological developments
  • Represent the team in strategic discussions and development decision meetings

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Completed university studies in Engineering (B.E or equivalent) or Business/Economics degree with strong technical background
  • 5-10 years experience in wind & site assessments, mechanical loads department or equal technical service organisations in wind energy industry
  • Highly analytical with holistic approach and strong problem solving skills
  • Self-driven, focused, and pragmatic with ability to bring topics to success in complex environment
  • Optional: Know-how in wind turbine technology, WindPRO, and Python experience
  • Fluent English language skills, German an advantage
