Production Efficiency Specialist

About the Role:

This key position is responsible for streamlining production processes, eliminating inefficiencies, and enhancing productivity through data-driven decision making. Effective collaboration with the Industrial Engineering (IE) team is crucial to ensure seamless operations and consistent improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough time studies to identify areas of improvement in production processes.
  • Implement process improvements by introducing innovative tools and techniques, resulting in reduced lead times and enhanced efficiency.
  • Work closely with the IE team to develop and implement solutions that drive productivity gains.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to best practices in production engineering.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience working with an Industrial Engineering (IE) team or as a Mechanical Engineer.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of production processes, tools, and machinery, with a focus on innovation and efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions.
