
Livelihood Programme Lead

As a Livelihood Programme Lead, you will play a crucial role in implementing and managing livelihood activities aligned with the project design, activity plan, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Programme Operations and Learning:
- Support programme leads/teams to effectively implement livelihood activities
- Enhance technical quality of programme interventions through coordination with senior management
- Develop detailed implementation plans and budgets
- Issue directives and guidelines for timely implementation of programme activities
- Enterprise Development:
- Establish women-led plastic collection centres and collection points within waste collector communities
- Launch e-tricycle-based plastic waste collection initiatives for informal waste collectors
- Implement skill training initiatives and develop market linkages
- Capacity Building:
- Organise entrepreneurship awareness and development programmes
- Coordinate multi-stakeholder workshops on enterprise development
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Log key performance indicators into the project management platform
- Ensure accurate documentation and data flow through the project technology platform
- General Responsibilities:
- Maintain high standards of professionalism
- Uphold the organisation's policies and protocols
- Master's degree in Social Sciences or related fields
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing livelihood programmes
- Experience in social business development is highly desirable
- Innovative and collaborative mindset
- Strong analytical, financial, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently
