Job Overview

    We are seeking a seasoned Export Coordinator to join our team. As an Export Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of export operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

  •     Coordinate with sales teams and plan shipments based on customer requirements.
  •     Check daily stock levels and release invoicing plans accordingly.
  •     Prepare pre- and post-export documents.
  •     Coordinate with manufacturing sites for shipment movements.
  •     Ensure no additional costs are incurred due to detention or extra charges, and plan shipments accordingly.
  •     Negotiate freight rates with freight forwarders.
  •     Coordinate with freight forwarders, transporters, and customs brokers for smooth shipping.
  •     Inform customers of shipments.
  •     Verify post-shipping documents and submit them to banks within the stipulated time frame.
  •     Handle customer inquiries.
  •     Address audit-related queries.
  •     Have expertise in handling LCL and FCL shipments.
  •     Be knowledgeable about preparing documents under Letter of Credit and LC Clause.
  •     Proficient in working on ERP systems - TCS ION/SAP HANA.
  •     Prepare Certificate of Origin/GSP, Insurance certificate, and bank realization certificates.
  •     Liaise with shipping companies and customs brokers.
  •     Prepare MIS reports.
  •     Check and close IDPMS and EDPMS open transactions.

    Requirements:

  •     Minimum 2 years of experience as an Export Coordinator or similar role.
  •     Proven track record of successful export operations.
  •     Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  •     Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  •     Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
  •     Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  •     Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  •     Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
