SCM Cloud Lead Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced SCM Cloud Lead to lead our team in implementing and maintaining Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM solutions. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge and experience in Fusion SCM modules, including Order Management, Inventory, and Procurement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and maintain Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM solutions.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of Fusion SCM modules, including Order Management, Inventory, and Procurement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and document into BRD and Fitgap documents.
  • Provide technical expertise to stakeholders and ensure timely troubleshooting and resolution of production support issues.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 8 years of setup experience in Order Management.
  • Minimum 5 years of setup experience in Inventory and Procurement.
  • At least 3 years of production support experience.
  • Strong experience in Jira and ServiceNow.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
