Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Science and Analytics Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in data management, analysis, and visualization.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop project specifications for data management services, including protocol conversion, database build, and CRF design.
  2. Understand external data collection, integration, and management processes to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  3. Implement data cleaning strategies to accelerate subject data cleanliness and deliver high-quality results on time.
  4. Perform holistic data review and trending analysis through reporting and analytics to identify issues, risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
  5. Apply artificial intelligence and machine learning for anomaly detection to enhance trial data efficiency and quality.
  6. Monitor and interpret key performance indicators, metrics, dashboards, and reports to provide actionable recommendations.
  7. Manage queries and collaborate with technical teams on centralized data management platform configuration.
  8. Prepare and maintain data management documentation, including DMPs, CCGs, help text, and DVS updates throughout the trial lifecycle.
  9. Review and ensure quality control of team-developed deliverables, covering eCRFs, study documents, program/report specifications, outputs, and analytics modules.
