Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced senior process executive to join our capital market team. The ideal candidate will possess 1-2 years of experience in financial services operations, with a strong understanding of capital market operations, securities, and mutual funds.

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and updating corporate bond data, ensuring quality control on securities entered onto proprietary company software, and identifying discrepancies to reconcile data. They will also possess excellent analytical, communication, organization, and interpersonal skills, with a solid understanding of the security market and mutual fund operations.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Reviewing and updating corporate bond data based on official documentation in various internal systems and proprietary company software.
  • Ensuring quality control on securities entered onto proprietary company software.
  • Identifying discrepancies and making necessary updates to reconcile data.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting (preferred).
  • 1-2 years of experience in Investment Management Operations or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of capital market operations, securities, and mutual funds.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
