About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized City Operations Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional results. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing a team of 4-5 members, building relationships with fleet owners and supply partners, and driving daily execution across various aspects of ground-level delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Lead a high-performing team of 4-5 members to drive daily delivery and achieve outstanding results.
  • Supply Building & Onboarding: Identify and onboard fleet owners and relevant HCV supply to ensure seamless logistics operations.
  • Cancellation Analysis & Feedback: Investigate cancellation reasons and provide structured insights to central teams to improve overall performance.
  • Execution & Pace Ownership: Drive outcomes across order nudges, cancellation resolutions, and follow-ups to maintain optimal pace and efficiency.
  • On-Ground Visibility: Regularly visit loading points, meet partners, and surface operational gaps to ensure process quality and discipline.
  • Process Quality & Discipline: Maintain city hygiene metrics and ensure protocol adherence to uphold the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Research & Pricing Benchmarking: Periodically gather insights on competitor pricing, supply practices, and partner payouts to build sharper execution rhythm.
