Ecommerce Operations Manager
Job Role Overview:The role of Ecommerce Operations Manager involves overseeing the operational aspects of e-commerce activities across various platforms. This includes managing orders, inventory, listings, logistics, and returns.
Key Responsibilities:- Process orders from receipt to dispatch via integrated systems
- Maintain real-time inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams
- Upload and optimize product listings (SKUs, images, pricing, compliance)
- Coordinate with third-party logistics partners for timely deliveries
- Track and manage returns and RTOs with corrective actions
- Support finance with reconciliations and documentation
- Monitor key metrics and prepare performance reports
- Execute campaigns, promotions, and pricing updates
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and integrated systems
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, logistics, and returns management
- Advanced Excel skills and attention to detail
