Job Description

A career as a Technical Leadership Specialist offers the opportunity to lead and mentor teams of software engineers, fostering innovation and collaboration. As a technical leader, you will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring high-quality software design and architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead team meetings to discuss performance, provide feedback, and support professional development.
  • Manage day-to-day activities, including daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and sprint planning.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with organizational objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role.
  • Proven experience managing software projects from conception to deployment.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++, Go Lang, and Python.
  • Deep expertise in routing, L2/L3 packet processing, DPDK, Six Winds, DNS, and L4-L7 security constructs.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Git).

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills for interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
