Job Title: HR Technology Implementation Specialist

Role Overview:

This role involves driving digital adoption firm-wide by overseeing the end-to-end deployment/updating/customization and integration of Oracle HCM modules globally. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the implementation process, working closely with business stakeholders, technology support teams, and implementation partners to ensure successful configuration, customization, testing, and deployment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the end-to-end Oracle HCM implementation/updating/modification process for all the Oracle HCM modules.
  • Work with SuccessFactors vendors, consultants, and external partners to ensure the success of the implementation and resolve any technical or business-related issues.
  • Oversee the configuration and customization of Oracle HCM modules where needed, according to business needs and best practices.
Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., PMP, Oracle HCM certifications) are a plus.
  • 12 to 15+ years of experience with implementing HR Systems / Support Oracle HCM or other HRMS platforms.
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end Oracle HCM implementations (across multiple modules).
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices, with a deep understanding of HR technology solutions and shared services function.
  • Experience in setting up HR analytics and insights function.
Technical Skills:
  • Experience with Oracle HCM implementation and Project Management.
  • Knowledge of Oracle HCM integration with other HR and enterprise systems (BMC Helix or any other third-party tools).
  • High proficiency in excel, macro, and other report automation tools.
  • Strong knowledge of automation tools across HR lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with Gen AI tools.
  • Familiarity with data migration, testing, and validation within the SuccessFactors environment.
