We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Rebate Management Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and configuring Vistex modules to manage complex pricing, rebates, incentives, and chargebacks within SAP.
Key Responsibilities- Implementation & Configuration: Utilize your expertise in Vistex configurations and processes to design and configure Vistex modules.
- Business Process Expertise: Apply Vistex best practices to manage rebate programs, agreements, contracts, and claims.
- Integration: Ensure seamless integration of Vistex solutions with other SAP modules, particularly Sales and Distribution (SD), Procure-to-Pay (PTP), and Finance.
- Client Interaction & Guidance: Provide trusted advisor services, offering best practice guidance and leading workshops to gather requirements and define solutions.
- Documentation & Testing: Create blueprints, design specifications, and manage the testing cycle, including unit tests and defect management.
- Troubleshooting & Support: Debug and troubleshoot technical issues within the Vistex solution.
- Training: Deliver end-user training and support to ensure successful adoption of the Vistex solution.
To succeed in this role, you should have in-depth experience with Vistex configurations and processes, including composite models for vendor and customer rebates. You should also have strong hands-on experience with SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) configuration and an understanding of its integration with Vistex. Additionally, you should possess a solid grasp of rebate, incentive, chargeback, and billback processes from a business perspective.
