Job Title: SAP Vistex Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • We design and configure Vistex modules for complex pricing, rebates, incentives, and chargebacks within SAP.
  • We apply best practices for managing rebate programs, agreements, contracts, and claims.
  • We ensure Vistex solutions integrate smoothly with other SAP modules, particularly Sales and Distribution (SD), Procure-to-Pay (PTP), and Finance.
  • We provide guidance and lead workshops to gather requirements and define solutions.
  • We create blueprints, design specifications, and manage the entire testing cycle.
  • We debug and troubleshoot technical issues within the Vistex solution.
  • We provide end-user training and support to ensure successful adoption of the Vistex solution.

Required Skills & Experience

Vistex Proficiency:

We require in-depth experience with Vistex configurations and processes, including composite models for vendor and customer rebates.

SAP SD Expertise:

We need strong hands-on experience with SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) configuration and an understanding of its integration with Vistex.

Business Understanding:

We require a solid grasp of rebate, incentive, chargeback, and billback processes from a business perspective.

Technical Skills:

We need ability to perform configuration, and possibly minor developments or debugging, including understanding of SAP backend tables.
