Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in gathering project requirements, setting up and delivering assessments, and creating dashboards using MS Power Apps/Tableau/PowerBI.

  • Collect scores from various tools to maintain a robust database system.
  • Analyze scores to establish industry benchmarks and norms for different markets.
  • Develop innovative ways to improve current processes, working independently with strong domain knowledge.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Gathering project requirements and assessment/simulation setup.
  • Reporting setup and delivery, including designing scoring and generating results.
  • Collation of scores for maintaining a database system.
  • Analysis of scores for generating industry benchmarks and norms.
  • Creating dashboards using MS Power Apps/Tableau/PowerBI.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing environments.

Requirements:

  • Advanced analytical skills to create insights from data.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Knowledge of statistical functions, such as mean, median, mode, correlation, variance, standard deviation, and regression.
  • Preferred knowledge of Tableau for data presentation.
  • Business communication skills and fluency in the English language.
