As a key member of our data team, we are seeking an experienced ETL Specialist with a strong background in database engineering. This critical role involves ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and performance of our data pipelines and dashboards.

  • Analyzing source data to understand its structure, distribution, and anomalies is essential for ensuring data quality and readiness for processing.
  • Validating the extraction, transformation, and loading processes confirms data accuracy and completeness during migrations or regular ETL runs.
  • Developing comprehensive testing plans and strategies for ETL workflows, data migrations, and reporting tools is crucial for delivering high-quality results.
  • Ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and performance of reports generated from the data warehouse, including front-end dashboards and backend reporting systems, is vital for business intelligence.
  • Performing end-to-end testing of the Banker Dashboard interface and backend systems ensures consistent data flow and user experience.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with 3+ years of experience as an ETL Specialist, Data QA Analyst, or similar role.

Strong proficiency in SQL, hands-on experience with data profiling, data validation, and data migration testing, familiarity with ETL tools and frameworks, and knowledge of databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL are essential for success.
